My husband and I grew up in St.Michael, MN and started our family only a handful of minutes away from our hometown and both of our parents homes. We envisioned our life in Minnesota but spoke periodically on if we would be open to moving if the opportunity presented itself. We both agreed that we were and always left it at that.
We learned in 2023 that my husband and an incredible opportunity to move into a leadership position at his company but would result in a move to Salt Lake City, Utah. We visited Utah a few times and drove around to possible neighborhoods we liked in the burbs (we are NOT city living people). During our visits we found 3 cities closeby to each other that we loved and started our home search!
It was an overwhelming process from finding/buying our home in Utah to selling ours in Minnesota but we did it and it actually went so smoothly, thank goodness!
We have been settling in our new town for almost a month now and the scenary and people have made us feel so welcomed! Excited to see what new adventures this move brings us and excited to meet more ppl and clients here in Utah!
