I’m looking for adventurous and authentic associate photographers to add to my team! As an associate, you will shoot engagement and weddings under the Alyssa Pearl Photography brand and provide me the photos to edit. A strong portfolio, professional equipment, and experience is required — in addition you will receive training throughout the experience to best shoot for my style! 

This job is for you if:

• You love the shooting part of photography but don’t want to bother with the business side 
• You’re always looking for ways to go above and beyond for your clients 
• You’ve shot a minimum of 3 weddings as the main photographer
• You’re able to handle and adapt in high-stress situations

The Finer Details:

01. This position will be an independent contractor role so you will only take on whatever weddings you’d like to take in a year. Booking is approximately 8-12 months prior to the wedding date for associates. Must have availability for a minimum of 2-4 weddings per season. 

02. Pay is $100/hour and mileage will be included outside of a 45 mile radius. Accommodations will be covered for weddings over two hours away.

03. Images will be shot on your own cards and we will meet at our earliest availability post-wedding day so I can upload them to my hard drive and begin to edit.

04. My goal for the associate program is to build a team of like-minded individuals where we will get together for coffee work dates, education and many other planned events by me!
